Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 321 Borkowo<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the thirtieth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Franciszek Go\u0142a\u015b<\/span>, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, forty years of age, in the presence of Jan Paliwoda, forty-seven years of age, together with Ignacy Cudnik, forty years of age, peasant farmers residing in Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Borkowo on the twenty-seventh day of this same month and year at the hour of six in the morning of himself and his wife Franciszka <\/span>n\u00e9e Gr\u0119dziszewska, thirty-eight years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day by the Reverend Lutosta\u0144ski was given the name J\u00f3zef<\/span>, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Jan Paliwoda and Rozalia Cudnik .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant and witnesses and was signed by Us.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of the Parish of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, maintaining the records of the civil state<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
