Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 231 K\u0105ty<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the ninth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Jak\u00f3b Duda<\/span>, a peasant farmer residing in K\u0105ty, forty years of age, in the presence of Franciszek Jerzy\u0142, thirty years of age, together with Walenty Grajek, forty years of age, peasant farmers from K\u0105ty, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in K\u0105ty on the fourth day of September<\/span> in this same year at the hour of four in the morning of Franciszka n\u00e9e Duda Go\u0142a\u015b<\/span>, a widow after the death of [signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, maintaining the records of the civil state<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The priest originally wrote that the name of the deceased father was Franciszek Go\u0142a\u015b, but corrected it in the margin to Tomasz Go\u0142a\u015b.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
