Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n K\u0105ty 119<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the sixth \/ eighteenth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of three in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Tomasz Go\u0142a\u015b, a peasant farmer residing in K\u0105ty, forty years of age, in the presence of Franciszek Olender, thirty years of age, together with Jak\u00f3b Siwik, forty-five years of age, both farms from K\u0105ty, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in K\u0105ty yesterday at the hour of seven in the morning of his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Duda, thirty years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Jan, and his Godparents were Franciszek Olender and Ewa Gutowska .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses who do not know how to write.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Juliusz Kulisz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
