Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 59 P\u0142ock<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the twelfth \/ twenty-fourth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-eight at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Andrzej Wysoki, twenty-seven years of age, and Wiktor Jankiewicz, fifty years of age, both farmers in P\u0142ock, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of eight in the morning, Pawe\u0142 died in P\u0142ock, three years of age, son of the married couple Wojciech and Katarzyna Go\u0142a\u015b, day laborers from P\u0142ock .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Go\u0142a\u015b, this document was read aloud to the declarant and was signed only by Us.
