Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Borkowo 63<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the first \/ thirteenth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of three in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Franciszek Go\u0142a\u015b, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, fifty years of age, in the presence of Pawe\u0142 Wyrwas, forty years of age, together with Franciszek Wyrwas, thirty-six years of age, both farmers from Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Borkowo yesterday at the hour of two in the afternoon of his wife Julianna n\u00e9e Rydzewska, forty years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Ewa and her Godparents were Mateusz Go\u0142a\u015b and Agnieszka D\u0142ugozima .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses and was signed only by Us .\u00a0 The declarant and the witnesses do not know how to write.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Juliusz Kulisz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock<\/p><\/blockquote>\n This child, Ewa Go\u0142a\u015b, was the twin of Adam Go\u0142a\u015b.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
