Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 180 K\u0105ty<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the eighteenth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-one at the hour of eleven in the morning .\u00a0 There appeared Franciszek Sielawa, first cousin, thirty years of age, and Wincenty Paliwoda, thirty years of age, peasant farmers from K\u0105ty, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of twelve noon, Antoni died in K\u0105ty, one-and-a-half years old, son of the married couple Wojciech and Maryanna n\u00e9e Jorzak Go\u0142a\u015b, peasant farmers in K\u0105ty .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Go\u0142a\u015b, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by Us.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, Maintaining the records of the Civil State<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
