Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 139 K\u0105ty<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the seventeenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Wojciech Go\u0142a\u015b<\/span>, a peasant farmer residing in K\u0105ty, forty years of age, in the presence of Antoni Rajnka, thirty-five years of age, together with Mateusz Siwik, twenty-three years of age, peasant farmers from K\u0105ty, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Katy on the eleventh of this same month and year at the hour of twelve at night of him and his wife Maryanna n\u00e9e Jorzak, forty years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend Lutosta\u0144ski on this day was given the name Antoni<\/span> and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Antoni Rajnka and Maryanna Marus .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, Maintaining the records of the Civil State<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
