Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 299 Borkowo<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the twenty-sixth day of November \/ eighth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-nine at the hour of three in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Hilary Go\u0142a\u015b<\/span>, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, forty-two years of age, in the presence of Stanis\u0142aw Brzoskowski, forty-five years of age, together with Wojciech Skrodzki, thirty-five years of age, both peasant farmers residing in Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Borkowo yesterday at the hour of six in the evening of him and his wife Franciszka<\/span> n\u00e9e Kukli\u0144ska, twenty-three years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed by Us on this day was given the name Ambrozy<\/span> and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Stanis\u0142aw Brzoskowski and Agnieszka Go\u0142a\u015b .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, Maintaining the records of the Civil State<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
