This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the tenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-one at the hour of two in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Franciszek Go\u0142a\u015b, a peasant farmer, thirty-four years of age, residing in Janowo, in the presence of Stanis\u0142aw Bazyd\u0142a, thirty years of age, together with Stanis\u0142aw Paliwoda, forty years of age, farmers residing in Janowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Janowo yesterday in this same month and same year at the hour of eight in the morning of him and his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Pi\u0105tek, twenty-four years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed by Us on this day was given the name Ignacy and his Godparents were J\u00f3zef Darmerko and Katarzyna Kopytko .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
