Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 14 Janowo<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the twenty-second day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Franciszek Go\u0142a\u015b, a peasant farmer residing in Janowo, thirty years of age, in the presence of Grzegorz Syma\u0144czyk, forty years of age, together with Stanis\u0142aw Bazyd\u0142o, thirty years of age, both farmers in Janowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Janowo yesterday at the hour of ten in the evening of him and his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Pi\u0105tek, twenty-six years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend Lutoska\u0144ski on this day was given the name Grzegorz and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Grzegorz Syma\u0144czyk and Justyna Podsiada .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.<\/p>\n [signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, Maintaining the records of the Civil State<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
