\nWe make it known that in the presence of witnesses Jan Lema\u0144ski, age forty, and Wawrzeniec Kosakowski, age fifty, both peasant farmers residing in Ruda Skroda, on this day, with a blessing imparted by Us, a religious marriage was contracted between the young man Jan Kaczmarczyk, residing in Ma\u0142y [P\u0142ock], born in Ruda Skroda of the married couple, the deceased Mateusz and the living Anna n\u00e9e [Barzdzel?] Kaczmarczyk, peasants residing in Ruda Skroda, twenty years of age, and the young girl, Ma\u0142gorzata Dymek, daughter of the married couple the deceased Stanis\u0142aw and the living Jadwiga n\u00e9e [Lenel?] Dymek, peasants residing in Piasutno, having completed eighteen years of age, born in Piasutno and residing there with her mother .\u00a0 This wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns on the twelfth, nineteenth, and twenty-sixth days of January of this same year in the parish of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, also with the oral consent of those present for the record and of the mothers on both sides of the newlyweds. No impediment to the marriage arose. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses all of whom do not know how to write.
