Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 80 Piasutno<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the thirty-first day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of ten in the morning .\u00a0 There appeared Mateusz Ko\u0142dys, thirty years of age, and Ignacy Ko\u0142dys, forty years of age, both peasant farmers in Piasutno, and they stated that today at the hour of twelve at night, Franciszka died in Piasutno, three weeks old, the daughter of the married couple Adam and Katarzyna n\u00e9e Plona Dymek, day laborers residing there .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Dymek, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by Us.
