Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>179 Niksowizna<\/p>\n<p>This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the seventeenth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of three in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Roch Alicki, fifty years of age, and \u0141ukasz Alicki, sixty years of age, and they stated that today at the hour of five in the morning, Franciszka died in Niksowizna, five years of age, daughter of the married couple Stanis\u0142aw and Anna n\u00e9e Milewska Dymek .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Dymek, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by Us.<br \/>\n[signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Pastor of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, maintaining the records of the Civil State<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
