Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Piasutno 104<\/p>\n<p>This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the tenth \/ twenty-second day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Ignacy Chaberek, thirty-five years of age, and Stanis\u0142aw Cieslak, thirty-two years of age, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of three in the morning, Stanis\u0142aw Dymek, ten years of age, son of the married couple the deceased Jak\u00f3b and the living Ewa n\u00e9e Go\u0142a\u015b Dymek, a peasant farmer in Piasutno .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Dymek, this document was read aloud to the declarants and was signed only by Us .\u00a0 The people declaring do not know how to write.<br \/>\n[signed] The Reverend Franciszek Sakowicz, Head of the Parish of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Copyright \u00a9 2011 by Stephen J.
