143 Piasutno<\/p>\n

This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the twenty-ninth day of October \/ tenth day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-eight at the hour of eleven in the morning .\u00a0 There appeared Jan Jankiewicz, fifty years of age, and Piotr Plona, sixty years of age, both servants of the Church residing in [Ma\u0142y-] P\u0142ock, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of eight in the morning, Tadeusz Dymek, seven weeks old, son of the married couple Jak\u00f3b and Franciszka Dymek, a peasant farmer in Piasutno .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Tadeusz Dymek, this document was read aloud to the declarants and was signed by Us .\u00a0 The witnesses do not know how to write.
