Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 117 Piasutno<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the third \/ fifteenth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of eight in the morning .\u00a0 There appeared Jak\u00f3b Dymek, thirty years of age, a peasant farmer residing in Piasutno, in the presence of Wawrzeniec Trzcinka, thirty-seven years of age, together with Adam Kuza, thirty-five years of age, both farmers from Piasutno, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, born in Piasutno yesterday at the hour of eight in the evening of him and his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Alicka, twenty-four years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name J\u00f3zef, and his Godparents were Wawrzeniec Trzcinka and Katarzyna Kuzowa .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant father and witnesses who do not know how to write.
