She was baptized on 19 June 1858 in the parish church in Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, Kolno Powiat, \u0141om\u017ca Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.<\/p>\n

165 [Ma\u0142y] P\u0142ock<\/p>\n

This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the seventh \/ nineteenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-eight at the hour of twelve noon .\u00a0 There appeared Maryanna Purwin, a peasant day-laborer residing here in [Ma\u0142y] P\u0142ock, fifty years of age, in the presence of Grzegorz Dymek, sixty years of age, together with Antoni Szumowski, thirty-six years of age, both peasants from [Ma\u0142y] P\u0142ock, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, stating that this child was born here in [Ma\u0142y] P\u0142ock yesterday at the hour of three in the morning of Katarzyna n\u00e9e Dymek Sielawa, a widowed day-laborer residing in Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock, thirty years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism \u00e2\u20ac\u00a1 performed by the Reverend \u0141uniewski, on this day was given the name J\u00f3zefa and her Godparents were Wiktor Mierkowski and Maryanna Purwin .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
