Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n 210 Piasutno<\/p>\n This happened in the village of Ma\u0142y P\u0142ock on the twenty-seventh day of July \/ eighth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-eight at the hour of two in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Franciszek Dymek, a peasant farmer residing in Piasutno, twenty-five years of age, in the presence of Stanis\u0142aw Plona, forty years of age, together with Stanis\u0142aw Cie\u015blik, thirty years of age, both farmers from Piasutno, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, stating that this child was born in Piasutno yesterday at the hour of eight in the morning of his wife Ewa n\u00e9e Szumowska, twenty-three years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend \u0141uniewski, on this day was given the name Justyna and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Stanis\u0142aw Plona and Katarzyna [Koldys?] .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant father and witnesses and was signed by Us.
