The record, translated from the Latin, states:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Jakub\u00c2\u00a0Da\u0144ko was born on 23 Jul 1828, in house number 140 in Nienadowa, a\u00c2\u00a0boy legitimately born to a Catholic family and delivered by the midwife Zofia Grzegorzkowa<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">He was baptized on\u00c2\u00a0the next day, 24 Jul 1828 in the church in Dubiecko<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">His parents were Wojciech Da\u0144ko, a farmer,\u00a0and Rozalia, daughter of J\u00f3zef Chruscicki<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">His Godparents (Sponsors) were Kazimierz Chruscicki, farmer,\u00a0and Barbara, wife of Marcin Kazienko, farmer<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Jakub was the 11th child of Wojciech, the fourth child with his second wife, Rozalia.
