The record states that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Andrzej\u00c2\u00a0Da\u0144ko was born on 16 Nov 1819, in house number 140 in Nienadowa, a\u00c2\u00a0boy legitimately born to a Catholic family<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">He was baptized on\u00c2\u00a0the same day by I [Mi\u0142ucki\u00c2\u00a0?]\u00c2\u00a0in the church in Dubiecko<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">His\u00c2\u00a0parents were Wojciech Da\u0144ko, a farmer,\u00a0and Rozalia Chru\u015bcisnanka<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">His Godparents (Sponsors) were Kazimierz Kazik and Barbara Kazi\u0144ska<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Andrzej was baptized on the same day he was born. Usually, Polish infants were baptized within two days after\u00c2\u00a0their birth, but baptisms on the day of birth are relatively rare.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The Godparents&#8217; (sponsors&#8217;) names are not completely legible, since the right side of this page is missing. It&#8217;s interesting, though, that the surnames of the sponsors are very similar. Perhaps I&#8217;m missing part of Kazimierz&#8217; surname and the two surnames are the same.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Finally, Rozalia Chru\u015bcicka&#8217;s surname appears to be spelled Chru\u015bcisnanka.
