The record, translated from the Latin, states:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Stanis\u0142aw\u00c2\u00a0Da\u0144ko was born in house number 161 in Nienadowa, a\u00c2\u00a0boy legitimately born to a Catholic family<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">He was baptized on\u00c2\u00a007 May 1810\u00c2\u00a0in the church in Dubiecko<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">His\u00c2\u00a0parents were Wojciech Da\u0144ko and Marianna Jedlinska<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">His Godparents (Sponsors) were Szymon Jedlinski, a landless farmer,\u00a0and Marjanna Markoska, wife of a farmer<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">He was baptized by Leopold Rudzki<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Stanis\u0142aw&#8217;s Birth and Baptismal Record actually includes the header of the page.
