Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Klonowo 57.<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the eighth \/ twentieth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty at the hour of twelve noon .\u00a0 There appeared J\u00f3zef Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], thirty-five years of age, residing in Klonowo, in the presence of J\u00f3zef Kierzkowski, forty-eight years of age, and Ferdynand D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, thirty-five years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born in this village on the thirtieth day of April \/ twelfth day of May of this same year at the hour of six in the afternoon of his wife Marianna n\u00e9e Tr\u0119towska, twenty-five years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism were given the names Wanda Julianna, and her Godparents were Ignacy Chodkowski and Franciszka Milewska .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses who do not know how to write and was signed only by Us.
