Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 77 Osyski<\/span>\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 7<\/p>\n The same as the previous record [on the thirty-first day August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-three at the hour of twelve noon, before Us, the pastor of Pa\u0142uki and the Civil Registrar of the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship] there appeared the well-born Bart\u0142omiej Tr\u0119towski, twenty-seven years of age, owner of a part of Osyski, and he showed Us a child of the female sex who was born in his home on the twenty-eighth day of the same month and year at the hour of five in the afternoon, stating that she was begotten of him and his wife Tekla D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, twenty-two years of age, and that it is his wish to give her the names Marianna Ludwika .\u00a0 After making the above statement and showing Us the child in the presence of her paternal uncle J\u00f3zef D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, seventy-five years of age and Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, thirty-six years of age, residing in Osyski .\u00a0 This present birth document was signed by Us after reading it aloud to the declarant .\u00a0 The declarant does not know how to write.
