Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 66\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Klonowo<\/span><\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-three on the twenty-seventh day of the month of July at the hour of one in the afternoon, before Us, the Pastor of Pa\u0142uki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Micha\u0142 Milewski, fifty years of age, residing in Klonowo, owner of a part [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home at night on the twenty-fourth day of this same month and year, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife J\u00f3zefa n\u00e9e Pajewska, forty-five years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name Jakub. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of Ignacy Barto\u0142d, thirty-one years of age, and Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski, twenty-five years of age, residing in Klonowo. After reading this birth record aloud to the declarant, it was signed by Us, the declarant does not know how to write.
