Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Klonowo 123<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the thirteenth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-five at the hour of twelve noon .\u00a0 There appeared Jakub Milewski, a lien-holder residing in Klonowo, forty-two years of age, in the presence of Felix Barto\u0142d from Klonowo, thirty-six years of age, and J\u00f3zef Klonowski from D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119ka, forty-nine years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Klonowo on the tenth of this same month at the hour of two in the morning of his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Suwi\u0144ska, forty-one years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Waleria, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Felix Barto\u0142d and his wife Ludwika .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
