Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Klonowo 68<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the seventeenth \/ twenty-ninth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of twelve noon .\u00a0 There appeared Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, thirty years of age, in the presence of J\u00f3zef Suwi\u0144ski from Rzyski, twenty-six years of age, and Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski from Klonowo, sixty years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in this village on the day before yesterday at the hour of eleven before noon of his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Suwi\u0144ska, twenty-nine years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Jan, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned J\u00f3zef Suwi\u0144ski and Marianna Suwi\u0144ska .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
