Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Klonowo 13<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the twelfth \/ twenty-fourth day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty at the hour of twelve noon .\u00a0 There appeared Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, twenty-seven years of age, in the presence of Wincenty Barto\u0142d, forty-nine years of age, and Ferdynand D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, thirty-three years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in this village on the second \/ fourteenth day of this same month at the hour of twelve at night of his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Suwi\u0144ska, twenty-seven years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Wincenty, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Wincenty Barto\u0142d and Julianna Klonowska .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
