Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Klonowo 119<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the sixteenth \/ twenty-eighth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-five at the hour of four in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] of Klonowo, twenty-three years of age, in the presence of Ferdynand D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, thirty years of age, and Ignacy Barto\u0142d, forty years of age, both owners of parts in this village, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Klonowo on the thirteenth \/ twenty-fifth day of this same month at the hour of four in the morning of his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Suwi\u0144ska, twenty-two years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day were given the names Wiktoria Anastasia, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Ferdynand D\u0142ego\u0142\u0119cki and his wife Aleksandra .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses. Because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
