Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Klonowo 46<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the [twenty-]seventh day of March \/ eighth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-four at the hour of one in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared the well-born Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] of Klonowo, twenty-one years of age, in the presence of the well-born Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski, forty years of age, and Roch D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, fifty years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] of Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Klonowo on the twenty-third day of March \/ fourth day of April in this same year at the hour of four in the afternoon of his wife Franciszka n\u00e9e Suwi\u0144ska, twenty years of age .\u00a0 To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day were given the names Anna Wiktoria, and her Godparents were Maciej Suwi\u0144ski and Konstancja Obidzi\u0144ska, both of Radzieje .\u00a0 This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and We signed – The declarant and witnesses stated that they do not know how to write.
