Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka 36.<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the twenty-seventh day of February \/ tenth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-two at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared Ferdynand Suwi\u0144ski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, thirty-two years of age, in the presence of J\u00f3zef Klonowski, thirty-six years of age, and Adam Smole\u0144ski, twenty-four years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in this village on the day before yesterday at the hour of one after midnight of his wife Aniela n\u00e9e Sosnowska, twenty-two years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Franciszka and her Godparents were the Ludwik D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki and his wife Paulina. This document was read aloud to the declarant and the witnesses, and because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
