Notice that the Godparents are described as brother and sister. The PRDH states that, based on this information, Louis and Elisabeth Gamache were brother and sister of the infant being baptized. In fact, Louis and Elisabeth Gamache were the brother and sister of each other and first cousins once removed of the infant.
