This happened in the village of Krasne on the twenty-third day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-nine at the hour of four in the afternoon. We make it known that in the presence of witnesses Antoni Chełchowski, uncle of the bride, forty-two years of age and owner of a part of Mosaki Starawies, and Franciszek Chodkowski, brother of the groom, twenty-six years of age, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Mosaki Rukle; on this day a religious marriage was contracted between Jan Chodkowski, a young man residing with his brother in Mosaki Rukle, and also born there, son of the married couple the deceased Błażej Chodkowski and the deceased Agnieszka née Łyszkowska, twenty years of age; and Marianna Chełchowska, a young woman residing with her mother in the village of Mosaki Starawieś, and also born there, daughter of the married couple, the deceased Leon Chełchowski and the still-living Ewa, currently married Chodkowski, twenty-two years of age. This wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns on the sixth, thirteenth, and twentieth days of November in the same year announced in the church of the parish of Krasne. Consent for the newlyweds by family decision under the child was made [one word?] on the ninth day of October one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-five in the court of Peace of the Przasnysz Powiat. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement between them. This religious ceremony was performed by the Reverend Józef Nawrocki, vicar of this place. This document was read out to the declarants and witnesses who stated that they do not know how to write, and was signed by Us.
[signed] The Reverend Idzi Godlewski, Pastor of the Parish of Krasne, maintaining the civil register
