X3          Zbiki Panskie. 27 January [1905]

I, Mateusz Garnowski, Canon Regular of the Laterans and Pastor of Krasne, baptized an infant with the name Ignacy, born on the 21st of January, son of the legitimately married couple, the Nobles Mikołaj Chotkowski and Marianna née Kazłowska. The Godparents were the Noble Piotr Załęski and the maiden Ewa Ślaska.
