Translated from the Polish, the record reads:

276 21. Chodkowo kuchny

This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the first / thirteenth day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-three at the hour of four in the afternoon, we make it known that in the presence of witnesses Jan Chodkowski age forty-six, together with Ignacy Chodkowski age forty-three, owners of parts [of the village] residing in Chodkowo wielki, brothers-in-law [nephews] of the newly married couple. On this day, a religious marriage was contracted between the well-born Melchior Chodkowski, widower and owner of a part [of the village], residing in Chodkowo kuchny, seventy-six years of age, son of the deceased Adam Chodkowski and Julianna née Bieńkowska his wife, owner of a part of Mosaki rukle and born in Mosaki rukle, and Agnieszka née Zabielska Gutowska, residing with her family in Chodkowo kuchny, seventy years of age, daughter of the deceased Stanisław Zabielski and Teresa his wife, owner of a part [of the village] of Zabiela, born in Zabiela, widow of Maciej Gutowski who died in Chodkowo kuchny in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-four on the third day of October. This wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns on the tenth / twenty-second, seventeenth / twenty-ninth, and twenty-fourth of October / fifth of November of this same year in the parish of Płoniawy. No impediment to the marriage arose. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and was signed by Us.
The Reverend Tyburcy Morawski, Pastor of Płoniawy

Melchior Chodkowski was my 3rd cousin 5X removed.

The record seems to state that the witnesses, Jan and Ignacy Chodkowski, were Melchior’s brothers-in-law. They were, in fact, Melchior’s nephews, the sons of Melchior’s older brother Mikołaj.

This marriage was the second marriage for both spouses. Moreover, Melchior and Agnieszka married at quite an advanced age, seventy-sex and seventy years of age, respectively.

Click on the link for a PDF copy of the Death and Burial Record of Marianna Chodkowska. Translated from the Latin, the record reads:

Mosaki-Rukle

On the 17th day of December [1767], a deceased infant by the name of Marianna, nine months old, daughter of the Noble Adam Chotkowski, was buried in the sepulcher. 3 tynfs.

Marianna Chodkowska was my 3rd cousin 5X removed. Of significance is the fact that Marianna was buried in a sepulcher of the church, rather than in the cemetery. A notation at the end of the burial record shows that Marianna’s parents paid the sum of 3 tynfs for her burial.

No baptismal record for Marianna Chodkowska, the daughter of Adam Chodkowski and Julianna Bieńkowska, exists in the Krasne parish records. The age of the child at the time of death (9 months) indicates that Marianna was born early in the year 1767. However, the Krasne parish records show that a daughter Franciszka was born to Adam Chodkowski and Julianna Bieńkowska at that time, suggesting that Marianna and Franciszka were the same child.
