This happened in Pałuki on the twenty-second day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-seven at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Józef Dzierzęcki, owner of a part in Bedy, sixty-two years of age, and Ignacy Wrzesiński, a servant in Pokojewo, forty-seven years of age, and they stated that on the day before yesterday at the hour of seven in the evening, Józef Suwiński died, one-half year old, born in Bedy, son of the married couple Ludwik and Teofila née Niska. After visual confirmation of the death of Józef, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
[signed] The Reverend Ksawery Nałecz, Pastor of Pałuki, maintaining the records of the civil state
Józef Suwiński was the nephew of the husband of my 2nd cousin 4X removed, Marianna Chodkowska. He died one-half year after his birth.
