Bedy 118.

This happened in Pałuki on the twentieth day of May / first day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-five at the hour of eleven in the morning .  There appeared Ludwik Suwiński of Bedy, twenty-four years of age, and Franciszek Suwiński of Osyski, sixty-five years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and they stated that, on the day before yesterday at the hour of twelve noon, Jan Suwiński died in Bedy, one-half year old, born in Bedy, son of the declarant Ludwik and Teofila née Niska. After visual confirmation of the death of Jan, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
[signed] The Reverend Ksawery Nałecz, Pastor of Pałuki, maintaining the records of the Civil State

Jan Suwiński was the nephew of the husband of my 2nd cousin 4X removed, Marianna Chodkowska. He died one-half year after his birth.
