In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-three, on the fourteenth day of the month of November at the hour of ten before noon, before Us, the Pastor of Pałuki and Clerk of the Civil State in the Pałuki Gmina, Przasnysz Obwód, in the Płock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Maciej Suwiński, thirty-two years of age, father of the child, and Franciszek Suwiński, thirty years of age, brother of Maciej, and they declared to Us that yesterday at the hour of seven in the morning, Franciszek died, five years of age, son of Maciej and Anna Suwiński, residing on the inherited parts [of the village], and of whose death we visually observed. Whereupon, this record, after having been read aloud to the declarants, was signed by Us. The declarants do not know how to write.
