There appeared Aleksander Chodkowski, forty-eight years of age, and Marek Obidziński, sixty-seven years of age, both residing in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of four in the morning, Teodor Chodkowski died in [Mosaki]-Rukle, living with his parents, two years old, son of the married couple Aleksander and Katarzyna Chodkowski.
