She was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Przasnysz Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 09 February 1843.

19. Mosaki-Rukle. This happened in the village of Krasne on the twenty-eighth day of January / ninth day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-three at the hour of two in the afternoon. There appeared Joanna Niedziałkowska, a midwife residing in the villager of [Mosaki]-Rukle, fifty years of age, accompanied by Franciszek Niedziałkowski, twenty-seven years of age, together with Błażej Chodkowski, thirty years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, and she showed Us a child of the female sex born in [Mosaki]-Rukle yesterday at the hour of eight in the evening of Paulina Chodkowska, widow residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle on her parts [of the village], twenty-eight years of age, wife of the deceased Mateusz Chodkowski. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Scholastyka, and her Godparentswere the afore-mentioned Franciszek Niedziałkowski and Antonina his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write.
