Julia Chodkowska, daughter of Piotr Marek Chodkowski and Jadwiga Suwińska, was born on 17 April 1855 in Chodkowo Załogi, Maków Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Płoniawy, Maków Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 22 April 1855.

21. Chodkowo Załogi
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the tenth /twenty-second day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-five at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Piotr Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo Załogi, sixty years of age, accompanied by Mateusz Ozowski, thirty-six years of age, together with Franciszek Budny, fifty years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo Załogi, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Chodkowo Załogi on the fifth / seventeenth day of this same month and year at the hour of eight in the evening of his wife Jadwiga née Suwińska, thirty-eight years of age. At Holy Baptism performed on this day, this child was given the name Julia, and her Godparents were the married couple Teodor and Katarzyna Chodkowski. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and signed by Us.
