Walenty Chodkowski, son of Tomasz Chodkowski and Agnieszka Kuligowska, was born on 15 February 1798 in Mosaki Rukle, Przasnysz Kreis, Płock Kammerdepartment, Province of New East Prussia, Kingdom of Prussia. He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Przasnysz Kreis, Płock Kammerdepartment, Province of New East Prussia, Kingdom of Prussia on 16 February 1798.

I, Wojciech Borzdyński, Canon Regular of the Laterans, Preacher, and Ordinary, baptized an infant born yesterday with the name Walenty, son of the lawfully married couple, the Nobles Tomasz Chodkowski and Agnieszka née Kuligowska. The Godparents were the Noble Wojciech Obidziński and the Noble Franciszka Obidzińska.
Walenty Chodkowski was my 4th cousin, 4X removed.
