Aleksander Ignacy Chodkowski, son of Stefan Chodkowski and Anna Roman, was born on 25 November 1836 in Chodkowo kuchny, Maków Okręg, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Płoniawy, Maków Okręg, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 27 November 1836.

№ 92. Chodkowo kuchny
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the fifteenth/twenty-seventh day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-six at the hour of eleven before noon. There appeared the noble and well-born Stefan Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, age twenty-five years, accompanied by Leon Chodkowski, age sixty-two, together with Melchior Chodkowski, age sixty-eight, both owners of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, born in Chodkowo kuchny on the thirteenth/twenty-fifth of this same month and year at the hour of eleven at night of his wife Anna née Roman, age twenty-one. At Holy Baptism performed this day, the child was given the name Aleksander Ignacy, and his Godparents were Jan Ignacy and Salomea Chodkowski. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and signed by the declarant.
