I, Bernard Załuski, baptized an infant with the name Maciej, son of the legall married couple, the Nobles Paweł and Elżbieta Chotkowski, born at the hour of 2 after midnight. The Godparents were the Nobles Jan Chotkowski and Zofia Ostrowska. [The child] was born on the 24th of the current month in the year 1788.
Maciej Chodkowski was my first cousin 5X removed.
