Zuzanna Chodkowska, daughter of Paweł Chodkowski and Elżbieta Ostrowska, was born on 08 August 1782 in Mosaki-Stara Wieś, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. She was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 11 August 1782.

50 Mosaki-Stara wieś. 11 August 1782.
I, Stanisław Długołęcki, Canon Regular of the Laterans, preacher of Krasne, baptized a female child with the name Zuzanna, born on the 9th day of the same month and year, daughter of the legally married couple, the Nobles Paweł and Elżbieta Chodkowski. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the Nobles Marianna Chodkowska and Maciej Murawski.
Zuzanna Chodkowska was my first cousin 5X removed.
