On 18 April 1875, Konstanty Niedziałkowski, son of Teodor Niedziałkowski and Wiktoria Długołęcka, was born in Golany, Przasnysz Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Przasnysz, Przasnysz Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 25 April 1875.

141 Golany

It happened in the city of Przasnysz on the thirteenth / twenty-fifth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred seventy-five, at eleven o’clock in the morning – There appeared Teodor Niedziałkowski, nobleman of a part in Golany, thirty years of age, in the presence of Ignacy Jabłonski, thirty-five years of age, and Stanisław Smoliński, fifty years of age, noblemen of a part, residing in Golany, and he showed us a child of the male sex born in Golany on the sixth / eighteenth day of April of this year at seven o’clock in the evening, of his lawful wife Wiktoria née Długołęcka, twenty-seven years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstanty, and the Godparents were the afore-mentioned Ignacy Jabłonowski and Karolina, his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants and to the witnesses who are unable to write and was signed by us. –
