It happened in the city of Przasnysz on the twenty-eighth of April / tenth of May, in the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighty-five, at one o’clock in the afternoon. There appeared Teodor Niedziałkowski, a farmer in Golany, forty years of age, in the presence of Franciszek Niedziałkowski, a farmer in Mchowo, forty-three years of age, and Franciszek Pałkowski, a peasant from Przasnysz, forty-two years of age and he showed us a child of the male sex, having been born in Golany on the twenty-third day of April / fifth day of May of this year at three o’clock in the afternoon, of his lawful wife Wiktoria née Długołęcka, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Wincenty, and the Godparents were Franciszek Niedziałkowski and Marianna his wife.
