On about 01 Mar 1801, Maciej Borski, the son of Baltazar Borski and Katarzyna Napierkowska, was born in Borze-Marczysze, ziemia ciechanowska, województwo mazowieckie, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. He was baptized in the parish church in Gzy, ziemia ciechanowska, województwo mazowieckie, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 01 Mar 1801. Maciej appears to have been my first cousin, five times removed.

On the year and day above [01 March 1801] I baptized an infant with the name Maciej, son of the noble Baltazar Borski and Katarzyna [legally married?]. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the nobles Józef Żbikowski from Borze-Przecki and Justyna Borska from Borze-Strumiany, an unmarried woman.
The image above is a digital photograph of the actual baptismal record for Maciej Borski in the Book of Baptisms for the parish of Gzy 1781-1808. This image also appears on FHL INTL microfilm 1,496,799, Item 2.
At this point, I am not completely certain about the spelling of the surname or the place of residence of this family. The surname appears to be Borski and the place of residence appears to be Borze-Marczysze, although I have seen both names spelled differently.
