Klonowo in the same year [1791] on the 1st of Jan[uary] [Felix Primus Lenderblat Bernard?] baptized a son
by the name of Szczepan of the nobles Andrzej and Kunegunda née Milewski Niedziałkowski, a legally married couple. The Godparents were the Nobles Andrzej and Wiktoria Niedzialkowski, [one word?] Pałuki.

As with most other Polish records from this time period, this record does not specifically state all the details of the baptism. The reader must refer to the top of the page for the year (1791).

As with other records from this time period, the title and name of the priest is difficult to decipher. Also, the phrase after the names of the Godparents is difficult to understand, and is apparently a descriptor of the Godparents.

The Godparents are described as “Generosi” meaning “Noble”, but I don’t know what the difference is between those listed as “Generosi” and “Nobili”.
