Baptism of Marguerite Fortin

In the year one-thousand six-hundred ninety-four on the fifteenth day of the month of February by me, the undersigned priest serving the function of pastor of the parish of St. Ignace, was baptized Marguerite, born the tenth of this month, daughter of Eustache Fortin and Louise Cloutier his wife. The Godfather was Mr. Nicolas Gamache who has signed. The Godmother was Marie LeBlanc wife of René Cloutier and grand[mother ?] who has declared that she does not know how to write or sign as required [?].
