Julien Fortin, son of Julien Fortin and
Genevií¨ve Gamache, his father and mother, born
on the 17th of April 1667 and received the holy
ceremonies of baptism on the 22nd (after) having been
provisionally baptized. The Godfather was Nicolas Gamache,
uncle, and the Godmother was Vin[cente] Burel
